Black Girl Magic Toy Drive
Holiday Wish has been granting the wishes of the children in agency care since 1963. At FCCS, we believe that all of our children should receive gifts that reflect their culture and celebrate their uniqueness. Since its inception, the program has struggled with meeting the diverse needs of the children we serve, particularly our African-American girls between the ages of 8 and 11. Last year we were able to grant the wishes of over 6,500 children and thanks to our annual Black Girl Magic event, we received the donations needed to meet the needs of our African-American girls.
Donate and Spread the Magic!
For this year only, Black Girl Magic is moving to a GIFT CARD ONLY format. Gift cards will be used to purchase items for youth including books, hair care products, toys and more. Donate online here or send a check made payable to the Franklin County Children's Fund with "Black Girl Magic" in the memo field to 855 W. Mound Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223. When making an online donation, include "Black Girl Magic" in the "In Honor of" and "Comments" fields (see example below).
